• Tester Application Information (via /test): First name, email address, Metro Atlanta ZIP code, daily snacking and energy routine answers, and your confirmation of eligibility (18+ and willingness to share honest feedback).
• Waitlist & Feedback Information: Email address for general updates; prototype ratings, taste impressions, and suggestions submitted through feedback forms.
• Ad Source & Campaign Data: Advertising attribution parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) passed in the URL to identify which invitation or ad brought you to the application.
• Device & Browsing Data: Standard server logs, browser type, and interaction events recorded via the Meta Pixel (such as page visits and completed applications).

2. How We Use This Information

Information is collected and used strictly for the following purposes:

• Evaluating applicant eligibility for prototype testing rounds in Metro Atlanta.
• Contacting selected participants by email to arrange local sample delivery or pick-up.
• Gathering honest product feedback on taste, texture, and everyday usability to refine our recipes.
• Measuring the performance and reach of recruitment ads leading to the application page.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.

3. Service Providers & Data Processing

We rely on trusted third-party services to host the site, route submissions, and evaluate campaign effectiveness:

• Netlify: Hosts the website infrastructure and securely captures form submission records.
• Formspree: Delivers form submissions directly to the Pure Hyvly team via email notifications.
• Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel): Measures recruitment advertising performance by tracking visits (PageView) and completed applications (Lead). Form answers, names, and emails are not transmitted to Meta as event parameters.

4. Your Choices & Controls

• Personalized Advertising Controls: You can manage or opt out of personalized (interest-based) advertising through Meta Ad Preferences (within your Facebook or Instagram account settings) or via industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info. Please note that these tools help control whether ads are personalized to your inferred interests; they do not completely prevent the collection of web activity or aggregated advertising measurement by the Meta Pixel.
• Browser Cookie Controls: You can set your browser to refuse or remove cookies at any time. Blocking cookies may affect certain website behaviors or session retention.
• Application Inquiries & Deletion: If you submitted a testing application or feedback and would like to review, update, or request the deletion of your details from our applicant records, you can email us at hello@purehyvly.com.
